Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Lovisa Booragoon store, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. One of the staff members kept staring at my wife for a long time and then came near us to ask if we had store-picked something — specifically looking at her ears. This was very rude and uncomfortable.
