I visited Lovisa on the 31st of August in the afternoon along with 9 year old. I wanted to pierce my ear so I was looking for some earrings.my son was tired as we were shopping since morning and wanted to sit on a small little stool which was near him. My child was sitting on the stool and I was looking at the earing options while a Lovisa staff just came and asked my child for stool and just took it and walked away .I did not find any good reason for them to behave so badly to a child. Great experience at Lovisa, Mount Gravatt for my mom’s ear piercing. Elliot was very polite and friendly, and made her feel comfortable despite the language barrier. The piercing was so smooth she didn’t even realise it was done. Thank you!

The tall female staff member who helped me was very kind and explained everything clearly before the piercing. She was very professional and pierced my ears quickly and carefully. She was lovely, and I would definitely ask for her again if I get another piercing. Thank you for the great experience!
