Great experience at Lovisa, Mount Gravatt for my mom’s ear piercing. Elliot was very polite and friendly, and made her feel comfortable despite the language barrier. The piercing was so smooth she didn’t even realise it was done. Thank you!
The tall female staff member who helped me was very kind and explained everything clearly before the piercing. She was very professional and pierced my ears quickly and carefully. She was lovely, and I would definitely ask for her again if I get another piercing. Thank you for the great experience!
I visited Lovisa Mount Gravatt just before 4:00pm for a single ear piercing for my daughter. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and waited while three young staff members were chatting among themselves. I didn’t want to interrupt, so I waited for them to acknowledge us, but after several minutes I had to approach one of them myself and ask about the piercing. At 4:03pm, my request was refused.
