I went to Lovisa a few days ago to enquire about having my daughters ears pierced and to get some info, the girl I spoke to that day was lovely, she told me no need to book an app to turn up and she checked todays date to make sure there were 2 piercers on and told me to come back that day between 12-3. Staff member on Fridayserving was beyond rude. No hello, how you going, just ignored. Wanted to pay for item. Eventually she came to the counter and accused me of leaving an empty cup on counter.

Visit today- Malia was so lovely, she did my thirds piercing and she talked me all the way through, her recommendations were from a complete place of genuine friendly smiley & approachable care for her customers. Whilst she was serving me unfortunately a customer was very rude to her other colleague at the register saying that the signs are false advertising & was blaming the staff member, proudly the staff member stood her professionally ground & recommended that if the customer was unsatisfied to contact head office.
