I went to Lovisa a few days ago to enquire about having my daughters ears pierced and to get some info, the girl I spoke to that day was lovely, she told me no need to book an app to turn up and she checked todays date to make sure there were 2 piercers on and told me to come back that day between 12-3. Today being my daughters bday I took her to have them done and get there today and that same worker was sitting behind the counter she had just served someone so I walked up to the counter and she picked up a pen and started ... read more

Staff member on Fridayserving was beyond rude. No hello, how you going, just ignored. Wanted to pay for item. Eventually she came to the counter and accused me of leaving an empty cup on counter.
