Both of these doctors at this practice are great, they ask me about myself as well as my child, seems like they genuinely care.
Love Dr. Lovings she was my pediatrician over 30yr ago, my brothers, and now my sons. Very good bedside manner very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure all questions are answered. Also the staff there are so warm and nice! I definitely recommend her and the practice to everyone I know.
Dr.lovings and Sybil her nurse are THE BEST both very knowledgeable,! She was my sons fathers pediatrician and now all the nieces and nephews are seen here as well. whenever I feel my son is sick he is seen and they put this mama at ease. The front staff is so welcoming an so sweet I really appreciate the quality of care.
This is by far the worst medical practice I’ve ever encountered. They are constantly over booked ( clearly to try to get as much insurance $$ as possible). Waits are typically 30 minutes past scheduled appointment time. The front desk personnel clearly hate their jobs. I stood there and watch at least 3 mothers/fathers “greeted”. Not one hello, please, or thank you. After a 40 minute wait I ask the front desk lady if I should reschedule or continue to wait, her reply, “you do whatever you want”.
