Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls.
