Stephanie Smalls is the kindest, most loving, knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced veterinarian ever. She explained everything to us about our dog, Pepper’s health and everything we needed to make sure Pepper is happy and healthy. She has a gentle touch to the animals and is super informative and sweet. Highly recommend this clinic. All vet techs, office managers, and receptionists are sweet, helpful, loving, and attentive as well. 💕🙏🏻🐾
Highly recommend Dr Smalls. Staff is super friendly and office is clean and professional. I was looking for a new vet and I'm certain I've found the office perfect for Topaz and Turquoise.

I would highly recommend Dr. Smalls and all the wonderful staff at Loving Touch Animal Clinic to any and every one. The staff is always friendly and both Dr. Smalls and Dr. Constantine are wonderful vets to work with! I love how knowledge, caring and understanding they are. They always get right down to my dogs level and love on them. They are always willing to answer any and all questions with out making you feel rushed. The prices are very reasonable. Love this place!! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter works at LTAC. She is now part of their happy work family. My dogs have been treated by them and have received the best of care. The staff and doctors are so nice and they truly do care about your pets welfare.
