This is the one vet office where the entire staff was so kind and I'm sure it's hard to be kind sometimes when you get all sorts of patience levels from clients at your business. I totally missed my appointment. It had been so hard to get my cat in the kennel even after taking time to make him comfortable and giving positive reinforcement. I called Knowing that I was late and asked if they could squeeze me at all. I totally accepted that they didn't need to nor did I deserve it considering I missed my time. Our big baby tucker is so high maintenance for his appointments, we are so lucky to have found a vet that is patient and understanding. Tucker is my first dog and Loving Touch is always so helpful!!
We can't reccomend Loving Touch enough! We have had several issues with 2 of our 3 dogs the last few months and they have been able to see us promptly and setup treatment plans. Everyone there is very easy to work with and so good with the animals.
I took my dog Chico here for a routine check up as he's getting a bit older in age, I was worried about his teeth. This clinic was so professional and awesome, and they really showed they cared about him. My dog has a tendency to be sassy and hold grudges against me for a day or so when I've taken him to other places or to the groomers, so I was expecting that same attitude from him after the vet but when I picked him back up, he seemed like he had just come from a friends house. Today was the first time I went there with my 2 cats. staff is very professional. Dr. Small is great.
Most of the staff at Loving Touch are caring, professional, and attentive. I cannot say the same for Dr. Constantine, who seemed either completely negligent or too busy to care about my concerns for our recently adopted dog. It was not until I asked for my dog’s records to get a second opinion that she bothered to look into our dog having three positive antigen tests for heartworm within 5 months.
