Had our first visit with our new puppy today. I went into work late to go also, because I wanted to get a feel for the office and staff, to make sure this is where we wanted our furbaby to be cared for. I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so nice, to start. But more importantly, Dr Constantine and Lauren moved the exam table out of the way, plopped on the floor and did his exam and treatments all while giving him affection and treats. What a positive first visit for a reasonable price. Our puppy needed the “works” rabies, distempered, heart-worm, flea & tick, and a couple more things. Walked out of there for under $200. The staff was friendly and patient. They clearly cared about the animals and didn’t seem “skittish” of breeds. I will definitely be taking my boy back again.

I tried Loving Touch because of the amazing reviews I read online. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Constantine and the entire staff has been wonderful! They are so knowledgeable and caring, which gives me peace of mind with my senior dog. They even give a follow up phone call the next day just to check in. My dog actually kissed the doctor at our last visit, and he doesn’t kiss anyone! I highly recommend Loving Touch Animal Clinic!
The most kind and compassionate Doctors and staff I have ever went to. They treat you with such kindness I’m so happy I found them just before I had to put my baby girl to peace. I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Constantine and Dr. Smalls really do care about you and your pet. Dr. Constantine sat with me for over an hour as I cried and she was consoling me with tears in her eyes before we did what was necessary. Also affordable fee of $38.50 for physical. They are the best.
They are very thorough and kind. They treat your dog as if it were their own. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Stephanie Smalls and her staff are some of the most fur baby friendly professionals I know! I have a 10 cats and a Chug and she knows them all by name! She is loving and caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns and Ashley, Lauren, and Chris are the BEST team members with the exception of Dr. Stephanie Smalls!! You are crazy not come here! Not sure or do not want the commitment? then try them on clinic days or use their special on groupon! You will NOT be disappointed!
The staff and doctors are wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is obvious how much they care throughout every step of the way.
