Excellent service throughout our visit. I wasn’t sure how our 16 month old would do but the staff made it super easy for both mom & toddler.

Dr. Loving is absolutely the best pediatric dentist in Austin. Her bedside manner is amazing. She offers both the children and parents informed consent and open discussion when problems arise. She intuitively knows how to address children’s emotional response to the dentist and procedures. After 3 pediatric dentists, we’re so grateful to have found Dr. Loving. Her staff is super organized and very friendly.
Dr. Loving and each one of her staff members are absolute angels! From Sabrina at the front desk to her assistants in the back. They are so patient and sweet with the kids. Theyve accepted the challenge of my kiddos anxiety and have made him feel so at ease. He talks about how excited he is to go there, which makes my mama heart happy! Dr. Loving invests so much in building her patients' trust. My son gets very anxious around all things medical and she has always gone at his pace, respected his feelings, and talked directly to him. Recently he had to have a small procedure done and he was able to get through it because of the time that she and the office staff spent helping him feel comfortable over previous visits. The office is quiet and peaceful, but kid friendly with lots of fun toys and no need for flashy gimmicks.
