I take my Prince here every 25 days for an injection, they have always been great with him. I get my prescription filled at Target/CVS and they have no problem with that. My dog takes Prednisone twice a day. They even taught me & my sister how to give my dog the injections so we could save money. I have been happy with service since we've been going there for 6 months. I have seen both Dr.Fong & Dr. Sanchez.
This place advertises as a pet hospital that accepts emergency patients, but they really aren't. We got there waited an hour only to be told they didn't know how much longer we would have to wait. My dog was in visible pain. I had a coupon and they wouldn't honor it because it was an emergency and I didn't make an appointment, which is bullshit. Hello and thank you for your review. Over the past year, we have thoroughly examined and revised our walk-in and emergency policy, and at this point it has been very thoughtfully thought through. We have realized that MANY people will opt to walk in unannounced and expect to get seen right away, despite the fact we typically run a pretty full appointment and surgery schedule. I tried this place as a possible new vet for my dog. Bad choice on my part. The dr was not very in and out for his exam I ended up with a 300+bill that's after the new pt discount. The front staff was not welcoming at all. So I thought maybe just a bad first impression...nope. Still not welcoming. The tattooed girl at the front really needs to learn customer service. Found a place to bring Lola when she needs medical attention and they are great! The staff are friendly, attentive, and explain thoroughly.
