Dr. Sanchez is the best! She did such a thorough job of diagnosing our puppy’s problem and in such a loving manner! She called me several times with updates and even texted me a picture of the staff spoiling my baby while they waited for his tests to be completed. They did a fabulous job explaining how to care for him and truly set my mind at ease. I will definitely be taking Bailey there for all his future needs.
I just had to take my dog, Missy (17.5 yrs old), in to be put to sleep. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but Darlene Sanchez treated my beloved dog with such love and compassion (and me too). Thank you.
I have to say that your facility care is of the greatest thing that can be offered. I hope you are eventually going to expand your horizons to include area like the Riverside. Ànimals get dumped off or 'thrown away' because ppl don't know or càn't afford. I know I'm 1/10 caring for several strays. They have helped me more in my life thàn I can ever répày.
I have been bringing my puppy, Penny Lane, here since we adopted her in June. The staff has always been very kind and best of all, they all seem to adore Penny and her puppy rambunctiousness. Yesterday I took Penny in to get her OVH done despite having had a voucher to get it done elsewhere because I felt comfortable with them and the reviews on the other hospital were not very good. I am happy that I have found a veterinary practice where the staff loves my dog as much as we love her.
