Des, I am so sorry to hear of your experience. I was informed that you had called to inform us that you would be in "closer to 4:30pm," instead of at your scheduled 4pm appointment. Although that is stretching it, we were okay with that, especially since your appointment slot was to be seen for an exam from 4 to 4:30pm. Keep in mind, by seeing you 30 minutes late, it would push back the schedule for the rest of the evening, on top of working in all the Sunday emergency cases. All the love and knowledge this hospital has to offer for the animals is amazing. They will do everything they can for your baby, I know because that’s what they did with my little one. I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone.
We just put our 17 year old dog down and would like to thank Dr. Sanchez and her staff for making the process as easy as possible. We felt very at ease during a difficult time.
