Lovies was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was comforting and I enjoyed the covered outdoor seating. I was greeted upon entry with a smile and that was greatly appreciated. Oh and the food ... the food... the food... that sauce ... shut... your ... mouth ... it was so good. I got the brisket and it wasn’t overly fatty, and the sauce paired perfectly with it. Thank you for not drenching the brisket in the sauce as well. Sweet potato fries were on point too. Will be back.
Went to visit this little gem today. I had the Kay biscuit and Mac n cheese. Both were great! The biscuit itself was fresh, soft, and moist. The sauce on the chicken was so tasty. The Mac n cheese was piping hot the whole time but too good to wait for it to cool off to eat it lol. The customer service was exceptional.
