I have stayed at a hotel near Lovies many times. The delicious smells wafting from Lovies have tempted me to visit them before, but I had not. This time I followed my gut, and stopped for dinner. I got the pulled 🐓, and it was delicious! The sauce is sweet, but not too sweet! Sides of waffle sweet potatoes and a salad rounded out a delicious meal! They also include the obligatory piece of cornbread and it too was perfect! Most of all, their staff is extremely friendly and guided this newbie through their menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The pulled pork and Okra were awesome, person with me didn’t like the brisket be red in the middle but took it home cooked it more and was great
