RecommendedBest breakfast place in town, can't go home without stopping by.
Lovicks is and has always been a legendary place in Kinston. I’ve been to this restaurant since I was a little girl and the dough burgers and lemonade has never changed. The breakfast is also amazing. No one I’ve ever brought to lovicks has had any complaints. I hope that my son is able to bring his kids here when he grows up. Generation after generation.

Lovicks is the absolute best. Customer service is always outstanding, as well as the food. I love coming in for breakfast and lunch as I work downtown. Highly recommend Lovicks if you want some southern cookin’ and a wonderful atmosphere! I mean who wouldn’t want that?! :)
The only problems I have is when ordering my grits hot they come warm but always have to send them back to get hot ones.
Went to Kinston for Chef & The Farmer, but will go back for Lovick’s! The dough burger was a real treat. Juanita was informative, sweet and very professional.
