This place has gone downhill ever since they outsourced the phones. I was on hold for a total of 3 hours yesterday. Never got anyone to respond. Today was on hold for 45 mins, finally got someone on the phone. I could barely understand her because of her accent She got mad because I stated I couldn't understand her and hung up on me. I have been bringing my autistic child here for 5 years. Mainly because of the dentist Radford. Last time I tried making an appointment they couldn't find my daughter's information. Dr. Petite was amazing. She helped my nervous child feel at ease. My daughter really liked having her as her dentist today. She was encouraging and very kind. My daughter left with a clean, dazzling smile. Thank you Dr. Petite.

You dont want to use this people, without any regards they keep on changing appointments and you have yo adjust to their convenience, they are pathetic, out of nowhere its like heeeyyy guess what we change your appointment wich you already paid a lot of money, they need to honored their commitment, just go to a different office, we have many more im sure better people who do care about their customers.
