The orthodontist team took care of me with getting my braces put on. I'm looking forward to correcting my teeth misalignment. As always, a HUGE thank you to the Lovett Dental staff, from the front desk to the ortho team. Jessenia, Edily, & Gigi were polite and professional, gave me a breakdown of treatment and payment. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and me well in advance, providing all necessary information, including our dental coverage. However, upon arrival, Jessenia at the front desk informed us that we would be checked in as self-pay because “the website indicates that our coverage is inactive.” This office had access to our insurance details beforehand but failed to verify them.
