Edit to add: while being here I had 2 ladies who were very kind to me. Thank you to those for hearing me out on my concerns and tried letting the doc know. I was originally in bmt but my last ortho left so the ortho in Baytown said he did not have that many patients in bmt for him to drive back and fourth so I had to now drive to Baytown for nothing. Wow this place is amazing 😻 Everyone is kind and respectful to each customer who walked through the door. My experience was top notch. Jess at the front desk, Trinity taking my X-Tays, Dr Frank, Ms Chelsea to cleaning my teeth stand above anyone else I have ever gone too. I am very grateful for their professionalism. The manager Jess Trujillo is very rude. College son drove in for the appointment of a regular yearly cleaning. The cleaning and fluoride was covered on insurance but some laser treatment they wanted to perform as a "recommendation of the hygienist" was not covered and I was told it was $150 dollars. When asking if they can just do the deep cleaning covered on issurance they refused stating they can only do what the hygienist suggest and nothing else. We have been bringing our son to this office since he was very young and had always had positive experiences in the past, which is why this situation was so upsetting for our family. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Rachel King was extremely disappointing.
