As a total scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist, I was nervous about my root canal, but the dentist and dental assistants made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. 10/10! 😊

Ive never had a bad experience at the office. However, the constant appointment cancelation without notification is appalling. This has happened twice! You take off work to get to your appointment only to get a text notification that your appointment was rescheduled without your confirmation or knowledge.

BEWARE. The CALL CENTER is contracted out to a company in the Philippines, who are groggy, making mistakes. I drove 40 mins in to find out the dentist was not even there that day. Another appointment had a dentist different from the one who put in the crown, not best practice. Verging on BRINK of MALPRACTICE. I needed the new crown they put in , to be adjusted for scraping opposing tooth when opening and closing mouth. I am so grateful I found this place. The staff is so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me when I was having problems with our insurance. The were quick and very affordable. Most importantly my children enjoyed going and look forward to returning.

OMG where do I start We are new to Baytown I took my daughter as a new patient. Our dentist assistant was rude The place was dirty the stickers on the walls are piling off just hanging. Very unorganized The worst I ever had to deal with . It's unbelievable that they are even open I do not recommend
