Do not use Dr. Frank. His staff are great. My experience with Dr. Frank was awful. His bedside manner, particularly with a kid in obvious severe pain and distress, was unacceptable to me. Before my son's deep cleaning, he received lidocaine/epinephrine injections for numbing. His blood pressure became elevated, his face appeared to become puffy and flushed, he was moving his arms and legs and his head, moaning, and his eyes were rolling.
