Tight parking, mechanic's shop with hours and hours of waiting, lazy workers, no one seems to care
Don’t ever come to their PM service. I waited 6h in the bay just to get oil change done. From top to the bottom, they don’t know what they are doing. Always check the reviews before going somewhere
The guy who opened the shop today, 8/8/25, was rude and unprofessional. Refused to give any sort of an eta with a line of 3 trucks and it took over 5 hrs for them to call - we had already gotten the tire replaced and were well on our way by the time they did. There’s a ton of other options - do yourself a favor and call elsewhere.
Came in before they opened at 0600. One of the guys said come back at 7 to check in, ok... so I did, third on the list, cool right... wrong. One tire tech and road calls take priority, which is crap if you're already checked in, but I get it. 8 hours later in still waiting. Advice to Loves, hire more people to avoid this.
