My salesman, Brandon was awesome in every way. He listened to my needs, made sure he found the right vehicles for me to test drive, and asked for feedback on the ones that weren’t the right fit. Brandon deserves a raise! I then asked if my local mechanic could inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. He said that was not an option because the mechanic was too far away. (Over 30 miles). They made things right,they were able to contact the person that purchased my truck. The person then came back and dropped off legs for a toolbox that was in there… I made a review with one star because I wasn’t getting much communication from them however they did contact me, got everything figured out and I am happy with how it turned out.. I will say my experience with them has been pretty decent.. Definitely not the worst car lot I’ve ever dealt with. I would put it in top three… They made things right, So I have nothing... read more
I’m giving one star because they were not upfront with how much their vehicles cost both before and after trade for financing, I do love the vehicle. I got from the car lot so that is not my issue… My issue is with the management and the customer service.. One week after Giving my vehicle financed I had a hose leak for the radiator and a loud clunking sound in my rear end and then alleged cluster pack bad on my dashboard.. They did get it towed to Their shop I believe it’s reliable auto on North Main.. Don’t recommend them e... read more
