This place is awful. Not only is the owner/staff rude and unprofessional, they rip customers off with their pricing (which I believe is the goal considering they fail to offer a price list for service), I recently visited this establishment for a basic fill-in on a set of acrylic nails (no gel, just acrylic), and they purposely overcharged me. This is a horrible establishment with rude and unprofessional owner and staff, The owner will not return my phone call. Having been in the service industry customer service is everything. When I explained that I was not happy I was met with a defensive attitude stating it wasn't his fault it was my fingernails. Unacceptable. Nothing will be done to correct my nails or refund given, I will surely never go there again.
