The tech painted my nails the wrong color metallic even after being shown several times the color I wanted. Insisted that the pink I requested was the same as the blue color he was using to paint my nails. He only started on my nails after searching his phone for motorcycles as I sat directly in front of him. In an attempt to engage him I asked if he was planning to buy a bike. They can’t do nails with acrylic!!! my nails are lumpy uneven. Only Thing that was did correctly is the pedicure!
Overpriced for the mediocre work ! They are unprofessional and very slow. Also, I was charged $15 to remove gel polish when I went for a pedicure. I’ve never been charged anywhere else for that. $40 for a regular pedicure is ridiculous ! I will not be going back !
Well- the new guy is not very good. I just paid for gel nails that are sticky! That means not cured correctly. Will not have nice shine & I have major client meetings over the next week. Not happy!
Lovely Nails really messed my nails up. Tony was working with several other people at the same time he was doing my nails so he was rushing through the process. He would do one of my hands and then leave for like twenty minutes and then come back and do my other hand then leave again. And the nails are not cute at all. A terrible experience for me.
Way overpriced. We were told one price on a pedicure and after it was done they gave us a completely different price. They were arguing with a customer right next to me the entire time. Very unprofessional.
