Horrible service left my nails crooked. Hurt me while doing the pedicure. Not sanitary at all. Used my own polish and got charged for it as well. Overcharged me too. Pedicure said 37. Paid $52.
I would like to share my experience at LOVELY NAIL SALON...My husband and me was in Texas visiting for the 1st time ⏲️...I can truly say they not only did an excellent job on my Pedicure and Manicure...As my Husband and I was sitting side by side with our feet was massaging my husband passed out...All the employees and customers came together in UNITY to help him...As I was talking to my husband the entire workers was bringing wet towels and water to put on him...the young lady in a wheelchair called the ambulance ...one y... read more
Don't waste your time went in during my lunch for a simple gel color change! All they had to do was buff my nail and apply a new color! I had just gotten a manicure the day before. The lady I field my nails way too much making my nais even shorter!!!! She applied the polish like 5 times and kept cleaning it up with a brush looks like a 10 yr old painted my nails. A language barrier could also have been a problem maybe didn't understood what I was requesting!
So I'm gonna be real!! I only get my feet done like twice a year so they are trash by the time I get them done again. The sweet lady that did my feet was patient with me she did not make me feel bad about how bad my feet were not at all!!!! I'm usually very anxious and nervous when I go to get my feet done and this was a totally different experience!!!! I will definitely be going back 100%. Very accommodating staff and I genuinely appreciate that!!
