I like for the husband to do my eyebrows, he takes his time and always has them looking right.
Very small and run down. You can tell that it was in a bad neighborhood because the nail shop owner did not unlock the door until I arrived at the front door and I was in town visiting because I'm not from the area so I took a Lyft to the nearest nail shop. And this is where i ended up getting my nails done in oakland.
