Horrible communication with potential tenants. I have been calling for weeks and getting the same B.S. "we're experiencing higher than usual call volume", leaving voicemails, sending emails, leaving messages through the website and NOTHING. I showed up for a tour I scheduled with THEIR website and there wasn't anyone in the office. I had to leave a note. Incredibly unprofessional. Follow up: I was finally able to get ahold of someone to schedule a tour, and at the end she promised to send me an email with layouts of all the ... read more
