Dr. Eric is one of the best doctors. When he comes in the room, we pick up on conversations we left last time with. His patient care really shows that he wants to know his patients in a deeper level.
Outstanding service and people from the moment you walk thru the door. Dr Mim is the best.
Just love Dr Lovell..met him in Charlottesville, Va. when he practiced here..absolutely the best Dentist ever..very caring and very good..made my dentures exactly like my real teeth..gaps and all..I didn't want to look one way on Friday and go to work Monday with no gaps....he is just precious and even though I need him today(threw my teeth away accidentally) I wish him well..his replacement not so much...���....
They have been so great down there. I went to have my crown put back on and I had a broken tooth and Dr Mim said she wasn't going to let me walk out of there that way and she fixed them both. Dr.Mim and Ashley were so nice and made sure I was comfortable and joked around with me and my wife the whole time. It was a great experience. Thank Dr. Mim and Ashley.
Love this new office and Dr. Lovell!! What a great addition to Portsmouth! Katelyn did a great job cleaning my daughters teeth and she is the worst patient ever - LOL! We are looking forward to many happy years with Lovell Family Dentistry! :)
