One of my friends just went here for a problem and loved everyone there until a week later and ran into the RUDEST person named Katy that she has ever spoken to at a business. This same person called her the next day and once again didn’t have proper phone etiquette, she was RUDE again! Needless to say if Lovell Denistry supports this employee as their representative then I will not only never recommend this place I will always tell people to avoid this place. I’m a new patient and had my first visit today, and I’m certain I found my forever dentist! The staff is incredible. Tabitha is AMAZING. She was friendly and answered any questions I had, all while making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Mim was so very informative and took the time to explain to me any findings and to outline what our next steps were. I highly recommend Lovell Family Dentistry!
I went there for the 1st time last week & was very impressed. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend them. I have been going there since I was about 10 years old. Dr. Bisese was my dentist. I saw Dr. Cox after Dr. Bisese retired. I miss Dr. Bisese. May he RIP. I liked Dr. Cox also, but didn’t see him that long!
I am new to Virginia. In California I left behind my favorite dentist- and was not sure I could find such excellent care in my new home of Portsmouth.. BUT!! Lovell Family Dentistry has calmed my fears and Dr Mimm and her staff were WONDERFUL!! THANK YOU so much!!
Dr. Mim is great. Really down to earth, discusses treatment plans as opposed to dictating one. Third dentist office I've been to in as many years and I'm really happy i found them.
I have been seeing them for a little over a year now they are great dentists and have a great staff very nice people
