The property manager will charge you extra fees after you have moved out (she claimed our carpet was "damaged beyond repair due to soot from candles" and replaced the whole thing and charged us for it, no I am not kidding). Maintenance request are very slow. The security of the complex is very poor as the gate is broken 75% of the time. Insulation is horrible. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
