Very Poor! Don't go! – My friend just got married and I was one of her bridesmaids. I agree with the first two postings. In the beginning, when you meet them, they seem friendly and nice. Worst experience – My husband and I went there to hire a wedding day photographer. When we got there, it seemed like a nice and reliable place. We ended up hiring a specific photographer after looking through each photographer's album. On our actual wedding day, we were surprised to find a different photographer than the one we requested and paid for! Loveliness Nightmare – This place is bad! We had our engagement and wedding day photos taken by them. We should have been smarter to avoid them. First time we went to their studio at SF (geary & 15th street, next to the old shanghai restaurant), they pretended to be very friendly and helpful and got us hooked with their engagement and wedding day photo packages. I loved their work and service! – My experience with loveliness had been really fun. Each time i go there, we (my current husband and i) were greeted like family and we were able to joke around with the staff and the photographers, which made the photo sessions much easier and our smiles more natural. The makeup and hair styles for the engagement photos and my wedding were exactly how i wanted it- natural and still look my age (mid-20's). good picture - bad service – I must say their pictures are great and people are nice. However, very slow service, constant staff turn-over, hardly return calls, sloppy (they forgot to write down the dresses that I picked for my engagement pictures after I spend 3-hrs trying and deciding, also wrote down a similar but not the EXACT dress I wanted for wedding day). They make my dream come true – Loviness is one of THE best wedding videography, photography and make up artist you could have for your wedding day. They are very professional and will meet your needs for your BIG day. The workers are very friendly and treat you as family. They truly made my wedding day a memorable one. I highly recommend Lovliness to anybody.
Do not use them! – It's been 3 months since my wedding, and I have not seen a layout of my album. I was initially told it would take 4 weeks. Then, they said 6 weeks, and then, 8 weeks. Each time I called, they said they don't know how much longer it'll take and they'll check with their production people. They never call you back with any updates. I would be lucky to get them by the end of the year, but I won't hold my breath. They are unreliable! Don't use them or you will regret it! Your wedding and memories will be ruined... read more
