It felt like “family” when you walked in! Thank you Dr. Chad & Staff for your complete, loving care these last few months getting my teeth in great shape even through the tolerable pain to do so. I always felt at ease especially when Dr. Chad would sing (LOL) You do have a good voice by the way :-) Also, having a child with a disability and the gentleness you portrayed to her was remarkable. She felt safe. Thank you for your excellence in every area!!!!!
At my initial visit, Dr. Chad and I discussed how one tooth with an old metal filling might get weaker - and eventually need a crown. I asked whether having the old filling replaced now could avoid that future expense - and he felt that was quite possible. After thinking it over, I called and got an appointment for the next week to get the work done. The process only took about 30 minutes. I am pleased with the results and am very glad I found a great place to meet my dental needs!

I've always had positive experiences at the dental offices I've been to, but I have to say that the customer service at Loveland Lakes Family Dentistry was exceptional! I went in for a cleaning and general check up, and Dr. Chad and his staff were amiable, personal and had answers for all my questions. Without question, I'd rate my new patient experience as a full 5 stars.
Dr. Chad provides outstanding professional care. His office staff, with whom I have contact, Debbie and Brittany, are friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home. Dr. Chad allayed any concerns I might have with dental implants, and I look forward to ongoing care.
I went to Dr. Christiansen for a second opinion, and I am so glad I did! The entire staff at the office is patient, understanding, and friendly. Dr. Christiansen took time to be sure that his opinion was correct. I felt at peace in the office, which is hard to say went going to the dentist, typically! Thank you Doctor, and thank you to your staff for the great work!
