I love coming here! Everyone is awesome and they all make you their #1 priority! I will never go anywhere else!
Rhonda and her staff made me feel very comfortable while having my cavities filled. They did everything they could to calm my nerves, and let me know how long they had left. They were also very kind, such as chatting to keep my mind off things. It went great, and I didn't have any pain afterwards.
The hygienist was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Krauss never came to do the exam and the hygienist said I could schedule a second appointment if I wanted the exam. My husband and I should have left the practice long ago. At least now we've learned our lesson.

I'm very disappointed with the new hygienist. Also the 2 crowns recommended have thus far requured making 4 trips in, pain & ongoung extreme disconcert, since the process began, with no pain or discomfort prior to that. Still not done.
We come to Loveland from Fort Collins because we appreciate so much Dr. Krause's professionalism and gentleness. One minor request: It makes me feel a little awkward when it is commented on (several times now) how "much" work has been done on my mouth. How much money we have invested. We know, we know, and as adults we don't need to be reminded. Please take this as constructive criticism, we value our relationship with you. Joy and Mike McQuillen
I am normally extremely anxious when going to the dentist. In fact, I have specifically avoided going, which just hurts the problem. HOWEVER, every person there was extremely concerned with my comfort level. Dr. Krause was informative and helped lay out a great plan to get me back on track. Robin the hygienist was great at calming my nerves. I felt informed and well cared for! I will definitely recommend to everyone!!
