You are all very professional and upbeat. Good at small talk... didn't seem to be anyone there but me, though...
Staff is very competent and friendly.
The front reception gals were absolutely delightful with this visit. I am hopeful that things amongst the "staff" overall are beginning to calm down and more folks will be sticking with the job/career. I always feel Dr. Krause answers my questions and I feel she can tell by my facial expressions when I understand things and when I don't. Every staff member of the staff needs to think about their individual "customer service" capabilities. Best hygienist I have had in a long time. Great delicate touch.
Stacy was an excellent Hygienist. The first one to ever suggest turning down the force on the sonic water cleaner tools so it is not so excruciating, then after removing the larger buildup on the bottom teeth switched back to the scraping tools which are more comfortable to me. I would like to keep her as my hygienist for my appointment.
