Great on the phone. Helpful. Got me the appt I was looking for on short notice. Dr. Krause was very nice. Explained EVERYTHING. Seemed very competent and helpful. Teeth cleaning is never fun... but walked away feeling like she did a very good job.
My appointment on March 5 for dental cleaning was the WORST I have ever had. It seemed that the hygienist was very new at doing this procedure. She spent most of the time determining how deep "my pockets" were, going over my total mouth at least 2-3 times, each time being more painful for me. She looked in my throat 3 times during the initial exam, dripped water all over my face, left the sharp instrument in my mouth to poke my tongue or lips while she typed on the computer. I always enjoy my visit to see the folks at Family Dentistry in Loveland. Robin, my hygenist does a great job and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Krause is always very personable, asks me questions, and answers my questions.
Always timely. Staff is very pleasant.
I like Dr. Krause. I thought that she was very knowledgeable in what she had to do. I was to see Dr. Krause but it wound up seeing the hygienist, who was doing all the talking, with the doctor moving her head with approval.
Dr. Krause and her staff are highly trained, skilled and caring professionals, providing excellent, quality dental care to all their clients, always at a fair and reasonable rate. Thank you all!
