RecommendedMy experience at Loveland Eyecare was excellent. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The office was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Dr. Loveland was amazing with my 2 boys I was in and out in less than 30 for 2 appointments. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 and I have recommended them to friends and family.
I had an experience with Roger today. Roger gave me information about my insurance plan which he automatically assumed was husky without even taking a moment to ask or look. I’m concerned how he made that assumption. Overall my experience has been fair just some minor customer Svc/sensitivity issues with him and Charley.
I had 2 frustrating experiences here and still not correct, Will now change eye care doctors. they Wasted alot of my time AND its still not right,
I had a frustrating experience here at first, but Kylie and Charley resolved my complaint in a timely manner and far exceeded expectations. They were great 👍🏼

Wonderful experience here! They made it simple and easy to get checked and fitted for glasses. Everyone was beyond professional and answered any question I had at the drop of a hat. Not once was I pushed into any pair of glasses or contacts. They asked what I wanted and what worked for me and I really enjoyed that, their selection of glasses and sun glasses is huge and defiantly made my experience that much easier. I would recommend Loveland Eyecare to anyone I have defiantly found my eye doctors for life.
I was in there a couple of months ago. Dr Loveland answered all of my questions and I don’t know why but I had several. The entire staff was very pleasant too!
