Prepare to Bend Over I know plumbers are expensive in general, but this was ridiculous. I would never use them again. The guys doing the job were very nice and helpful and even pulled up the soaking wet carpet around the water heater for me. I have no problems with the actual plumbers, they did a good job and even cleaned up after themselves. The girl at the desk is who I have a problem with.
