I had a fantastic experience with Lovelace Engineering. I needed someone to inspect a beam in my home to determine if it was load-bearing, and Miles Lovelace, the President, personally helped me out. They will delay your project for years : this has been under construction for almost two years . Love lace is a scam put in your contract delay penalty. Or else they will exceed the budget and delay your project
Miles was so helpful in correcting errors made by our previous engineer on our large kitchen remodel with removal of a load bearing wall. He was responsive, understanding, reasonably priced, and listened to our concerns. we will use him again if we ever have any additional engineering needs.
