I took my car to Lovegreen to have a wheel baring replaced last week. They call me and tell me the wheel Baring is fine I need to rotate my tires, charged me to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. So I take it the same day rotate the tires, replace a tire that "could have been making the noise" $140 for a new tire, $40 for rotate and balance. Go take it to get alignment $60. Guess what after my alignment they come in and ask me if I know I needed a left wheel baring! So $300 later and I still need that wheel baring I said... read more
Really enjoyed the experience of buying my first brand new vehicle. Bill Vaughn was my sales consultant and he helped me with everything I needed. We were on the same page mentally and thanks to that I got the best vehicle for me. Chris the finance officer also did an amazing job and was very helping understanding everything. Bill Vaughn was great to work with. Everything we asked, he was on it. He even let us test drive our new truck on our dirt road to make sure it felt safe! This is our second vehicle from them and we will go back if needed!
