John took hours with me to look at, test drive vehicles until I narrowed down my choice. Then he got me a great rate on financing and good trade in, and searched for the color I wanted. Very attentive to my likes/dislikes.
Bought a car. Two months later crissmember subframe bracket had rusted through. Lost steering. Should have never passed inspection
They have horrible service. They sold my husband and I a car that was supposed to only have surface rust underneath, which it’s Missouri so that’s not abnormal, but two months after owning it a piece of the frame completely rusted out to the point the tire doesn’t turn and is no longer driveable. When we called them they said it passed not a problem and that it isn’t their problem anymore. They have been zero help and extremely rude. They don’t care at all about their customers or the families that they are putting into cars... read more
The salesman was very nice to work with. Not pushy. Was easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about the truck.
beware of having your vehicle serviced at lovegreen. they never return phone calls or update on the status. they appears to work on easiest vehicles first and any with effort will be place aside. again DO NOT take your vehicle here. Constant excuses.
Terrible mechanics!! And even worse customer service I wouldn’t have them work on anything again beware
