This company has left my sister laying in her own waste because they forgot to find a replacement for a nurse that had called out. Poor communication runs throughout this company, they had asked me to remove this accurate review because of bad publicity but you get what you put out. I would not trust this company with my “loved ones” because they have no protocols to ensure the nurses actually show up at patients that are wheelchair bound and unable to leave her bed without assistance, is simply poor business practices.
