Had a great experience start to finish. Sales person was informative and nice, he also kept the consultation pretty quick. Communication was fluent after that on start date pending the order parts and permits. The install was done in a single day as planned, especially since no issues were discovered after demo. Angie and David did the work and were professional and personable. They cleaned up after and I was able to use the shower the next day as instructed. Contracted via Costco. Prices only good when you make a snap decision and book same-day. Had to follow up constantly on production status and installation date. Installers were professional and clean but sloppy at end resulting in call-back to fix uneven edges and missing caulk. Drain pan leaking within 7 months, struggling to get them to honor "lifetime" warranty.
THIS IS APRIL AND THE DOOR ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED... WE contracted with love your bath for close to 50k dollars worth of showers...they were unable to complete one project and failed to return our depoait...eventually with nudging they returned the monies...they completed the other two showers and one was beautiful and the other a complete disaster.. The shower was not completed symmetrically and therefore the shower door that they were contracted to complete (which they outsourced) did not fit and leaked ALOT ..could not ... read more
We had a good experience with our shower installer Tristian, from start to finish. The quality of his work was excellent, and the entire installation just took 2 days. What really stood out was how clean and organized he was—there was no mess left behind, and the workspace looked great once the job was done.
