We didn’t get past a first consultation or first appointment because they literally have a horrible appointment system. Long story short, they keep moving the appointment time. Please , everyone, heed to my warning: do not go with the company because it sounds really suspicious. If they don’t have a reliable way of keeping appointments, how can we trust them to remodel our bathrooms???
This company can't even keep to their scheduled appointments, so I wouldn't trust them to do a timely remodel of a bathroom. If someone schedules an appointment, it should be kept, not given away the day before because, due to a work meeting, you took an hour to call them back to "confirm" the appointment you set up one business day prior. I am extremely happy with my new Love Your Bath shower. Marcel did the installation. He is personable, neat, and it was completed in one day!

First of all I would like to say the presentation was like no other presentation that I have ever experienced. Shalina Hinkle was amazing she is one woman who knows her product. She came in here as professional as can be and just laid out what Jacuzzi was all about. I did not feel like she was here to sell me anything and if there was any question she had the answer for me.
