They are not at all fun to do business with. I canceled my contract on the second day. You have until midnight of the third day to cancel. It took me 18 days to get my refund from my down payment back. Mostly because they didn't do anything for the first 8 days until I called them to see where my check was

We didn’t get past a first consultation or first appointment because they literally have a horrible appointment system. Long story short, they keep moving the appointment time. Please , everyone, heed to my warning: do not go with the company because it sounds really suspicious. If they don’t have a reliable way of keeping appointments, how can we trust them to remodel our bathrooms???

This company can't even keep to their scheduled appointments, so I wouldn't trust them to do a timely remodel of a bathroom. If someone schedules an appointment, it should be kept, not given away the day before because, due to a work meeting, you took an hour to call them back to "confirm" the appointment you set up one business day prior. If you are "first confirm first serve" in your appointments, you are never going to be a reliable contractor.
