I’ve been a regular at this studio for nearly two years now and I just love it. So much in fact that I’m currently doing my yoga teacher training with them. From the minute I walked in I felt a warm loving embrace, indicative of the owner and teachers. From beginner to anyone advanced in their practice, there is something for everyone here. The intent is to take you beyond the movement benefits and into the journey that is yoga. 5 stars all the way!
