Love Yoga Center is by far the best place that I have found to practice yoga. The teachers are amazing and each have something unique and special to offer. The lovely owner, Lahoma, as well as the teachers, genuinely care about the students and the community. There is such a welcoming and loving vibe at LYC. I can't recommend it strongly enough!

Love Yoga Center is a place to find community, connection and deepen your your yoga practice. One of the things unique to Love is the intention to honor and respect this ancient tradition of yoga. The teachers strive for this authenticity when sharing a class, and encourage the students to delve deeper into the teachings and practice of yoga.
RecommendedI had a solo class with Kat last night and it was the best and most relaxed class I have had in a while! I love everything about Love Yoga. The atmosphere is very zen and spiritual and the teachers are wonderful and patient. It really is a place that helps me learn to love and accept myself for who I am.
Perfect! It's nice and laid-back. It's exactly what I was looking for. The teachers and the students are all very nice!
