The basic class I took Monday with Jackie was one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken. She gave excellent cues, many options and interjected interesting ideas along the way to a pose. I wish she was a permanent member of your staff🙏💖🙏

Its a lovely studio full of kindness and even though its been too long since i visited my practice..... the teachers have been welcoming and non judge-mental! With their kindness i have found a studio i can visit and get back on my mat! A great vibe and very comfortable clean studio🌻❤️
