They prescribe the bare minimum hrt. Testosterone and estrogen are NOT the only medications for transitioning and they need to update their information and learn how to properly provide for the trans community. Update: The only person in the building who can prescribe HRT is the single most ableist and frankly, idiotic doctor I've ever had the complete displeasure of coming across. Was told meds I asked for were already sent the pharmacy before I even spoke to someone only to find out they were never sent at all. I was then notified by an old pharmacy 2 days later that meds I never asked to be filled were ready to pick up and the one I did ask for and was told was already sent wasn't even among them. I want to believe that this place cares. I really do. But god forbid a patient wants some actual medical work done for themselves. I'm exhausted.
