I've been getting my flowers from Venus at Love and Stem for years, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They are consistently on time, with top-quality arrangements that always exceed expectations. Venus and the team are incredibly accommodating with all my requests and timelines. It's so refreshing to have a hyper-local, super-friendly business like this in San Francisco. Without a doubt, Love and Stem is the best flower shop in the city!

the shop owner contact me and apologies and refund. I truly appreciated. I am sure I will order from them again. Order birthday flower arrangement to be delived in the same day for my daughter's birthday. The flower was never delivered, even thought, the email said it was delivered. Contact my daughter and she was home the whole day, contact the shop, no one answer the call and not able to leave the message, email the shop with no response, very disappoint with the services

Love and Stem is wonderful! We use only them now to send flowers from our business for various occasions - sympathy, birthday, baby congratulations, engagement celebrations and more! They always go above and beyond for us and we are so happy we are able to support such a wonderful small business with our own small business needs! Thank you to the wonderful people at Love and Stem!
