Ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary and I received about half of the flowers that I paid for. I upgraded from the standard bouquet to the deluxe for extra flowers, but it arrived with less flowers than the standard bouquet. And they put out anniversary flowers in a pumpkin vase?? I’m extremely unhappy and will never order flowers from here again.
I made a last min request and had a one week turnaround for a fake bouquet after the one I ordered online was quite a disappointment. Venus was open to new ideas (since my wedding entailed wind on a trolley and moving across multiple destinations that I didn't want to worry about putting the flowers in and out of water and carrying said vase) and my specific odd request was that I wanted to carry the flowers like a purse at times. The owner of this shop, Venus, is amazing. Her store is so cozy and has nice energy. She has such a talent and eye for flowers, my boyfriend gave her a general idea of what he wanted and she was able to craft this masterpiece. All in all, totally recommend this flowershop! She also puts out a water bowl for the neighborhood dogs, which just shows how thoughtful of a person she is.
Love that you can pick from their wonderful flower assortment to make your own bouquet, which really makes for a personal gift! Venus is so sweet and has a great eye for arranging. My go-to neighborhood florist.
