I received a bouquet delivery from this place, which would be great except I didn't order any flowers. They delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling multiple times, but nobody picked up the phone and there's no way to leave a message. Many other reviews also report flowers not getting delivered and that they don't pick up the phone. I would suggest not ordering flower delivery from this store if you care about your flowers going to the correct place.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered on the 26 to a family member. I got and email saying it was being prepared on the 26 and then, no news. On the 28 I call MULTIPLE times before I finally got someone to answer, they told me they didn't have the flowers to do the arrangement, and that they tried to call me but because i'm I Canada they couldn't? (they had my email) They ended up trying to change for a different arrangement and deliver it on the 29 instead. They didn't offer any discount, for their mistake. I ... read more

I couldn’t be happier with my custom wedding bouquet! Venus was so attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was just right. The final bouquet was stunning and exactly what I envisioned. Highly recommend!

I've been getting my flowers from Venus at Love and Stem for years, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They are consistently on time, with top-quality arrangements that always exceed expectations. Venus and the team are incredibly accommodating with all my requests and timelines. It's so refreshing to have a hyper-local, super-friendly business like this in San Francisco. Without a doubt, Love and Stem is the best flower shop in the city!
