Would not recommend. They will not follow their warrant on a lose stone that Jareds says is a manufacturer defect and they admit to! Edit- I sent the ring in and the refuse to acknowledge the defect that has been present since I received the ring. I just want it back so I can decide what to do from here. Not a great sign of workmanship or quality. Also-Jareds was NOT going to work on the ring. Just great service from an awesome jewler which this company told me to get it assessed by then dissed the jewler.

Stones loosening from wear and tear (especially for items worn on the hand) is completely normal, even for rings from Jareds. But fear not, our shop offers free tightenings for life!
