First of all, stunning craftsmanship. I requested a unique, custom ring for myself to honor my daughter. They were quick and cheerful to respond. Always knew what I needed, in terms of details and timing, so much so that I hardly had any questions to ask! And I am one to ask questions :) They were timely as well. But most importantly, really nailed the design. I'm not one to get emotional easily but seeing the ring in its final form moved me to tears. Really, it's been a pleasure.
