Went there today to get two keys cut and programmed for my dodge durango, they said it would take thirty minutes oh and we can't guarantee it will work. I waited two hours and guess what, right they didn't work. Great business model take money and return a useless product. .

Don’t go with Jacob very rude after not making a sale!!! When he called me asking when I would be back I told him I went with a different car and was about to thank him for his time he hung up on me as I was talking I gave him the benefit of the doubt to see if he’d call back maybe a dropped call so I text him bout 30 mins later to see if he would try to make things right but it wasn’t important to him I guess!!!
Ruben was awesome! Very nice and gave me a great deal!
They will tell "We are going to make this right." But them expect you to do all the leg work to correct the issue. Funny I thought you were going to make it right.
