I’m so glad I found her! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about hair and clearly knows what she’s doing. My hair was in need of some TLC & she truly brought it back to life. She also gave me recommendations to keep it healthy between visits. Her salon chair is the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in! Hair magic at its finest! Kim is incredibly talented at what she does. This is definitely her calling and it shows. She made me feel so at ease and right at home. I have definitely found my forever hair girl. I can not say enough great things. I absolutely LOVE my hair!

Kim is wonderful, and she really cares about what she’s doing. She has high quality natural products for color and tinting, which is not easy to find. The salon is super cute and upbeat, but I almost fell asleep in the chair because it’s so relaxing in there:). So happy to have found a new salon! Love it!

So glad I sent my mom to Love It! Kim is the most genuine stylist you will find in Chattanooga. She made her feel so comfortable and beautiful! Best money I have spent on a gift for my mom in years. I will be booking again for my mom and myself in the future!

I love Kim so much! She genuinely wants you to be happy with your hair cut/color, listens to you and delivers quality hair styling. Her salon is so cute and, since she is the only one on there, it means you’re the only one in the salon- so you get her undivided attention the entire time. I can’t tell you how much I love that! Also, I’m a night shift nurse, and had worked the night before my afternoon appointment so Kim knew I was tired and had only slept a couple hours.
