We came in to buy a used car,, Just what the wife wanted,,, it was 2016 honda crv,with only 8100 miles,, it was very dirty in an out,, they been using it and they really trash it out,, french fries under the sets with many kinds debris all over,, it really needed to be washed in an out,,,,, As we came back the second time we was hopeful it was clean up,, BUT NO,, We offered very fair price at book value of 22.500 as is but they promised they would have spotless for $24500,,, Its was not worth it 2 us as we will just go buy a... read more

What can I say about this place , all I know is that my son Alfredo Garcia is one hell of a saleman....
Our household bought 3 cars within a year. Our last purchase went smoothly until they didn't follow thru on something. Not going into full detail because they know what I'm referring too. I had told them that we'd be back to buy 2 more cars because we have 2 sons at home left. Might not go back after all. Higinio was a great sales rep though and he truly did work with us on what we wanted as far as payments!
Horrible business practices. Does not return phone calls timely. I will never go back.
There nothing but a waist of time I told the man I would be there at 4 all he needed was my proof of income and then when I get there he so call went to the bank so this lady takes all my information all over again just to tell me some b.s I waisted my time and gas smh
I started buying at Love back in 2005 when I bought my 2005 Dodge Dakota Pickup. Still buying there.
