Absolutely disgusting customer service. Unable to renew my vehicle until "they" correct a mistake on the title. DMV said they been contacting the dealership since 2019 to correct the mistake. Dealership response said it's only been 5 months. Either way months to correct a mistake is insane. Today the mistake is still not corrected and my vehicle is unable to be renewed.
Best service and professionalism, hands down. Thank you Mark Alaniz and your staff. I have been a customer of Love in Alice since 2001!

I took my truck to love dodge to get a ac actuator fixed. They charged me $155 and gave me an estimate of $1700, that i had a clogged evaporator core. I did not believe that and took it to another shop where they changed 2 actuators for $375. AC now works perfect. Would not recommend.

Well for not ever owned a dodge it was a a good experience I tried it and was a slow love ❤️ till it hit back and forth and the Alaniz dad and son tag team was good from almost buying a Chevy before I came to love ALICE THEY MADE ALL WHAT I NEEDED TO BETTER SERVE MY NEEDS FOR WORK. Got all I needed to my payments where I wanted. One happy customer can’t wait till I buy my better half her Jeep. Thanks again Love dodge Alice it was a 5 ⭐️ service
