Great place if you want to buy a lemon and customer service forget that because they forget who you are after you drive off the lot. Worse place ever.
Everyone at Love Chevrolet has always treated us great. They are like family. We appreciate all that our salesman David, sales manager Brennan and finance manager Ken has done for us. We love our new 2016 Blue velvet Equinox.
The initial sale was fine with my sales person Veronica! After that I have never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in upper management to fix minor things which still isn't resolved!! 5 stars for the sales person Veronica!!
Great place to buy a car. Love there service department as well.
We had a successful and happy purchase. Referred my parents who did not. Was told the vehicle they purchased would house their lift with disabled adaptive equipment but on installation was told it would not. Love refused to rectify the situation, refused phone calls. Disgusting behavior. Was told it would cost the dealership $3000 to rectify and they would not be eating it, though the blame was theirs. This dealership is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. Be careful with your purchase.
The service department today did a great job accommodating me and my three preschool children. When learning that my repair was going to take all day, they arranged to have enterprise come pick me up. Couldn't have asked for sweeter people or better customer service. Thanks love chevrolet!
